The room is located on the ground floor. Its surface area is 16 m2. It looks out on the common terrace situated in the house lobby.

Bathroom (9 m2) is located outside the room but it is only used by this room.

The room is comfortably furnished for 2-3 persons. It is equipped with air-conditioning, TV and wireless Internet. A shared kitchen and a fridge stay at your disposal.

The price includes tourist tax.
A deposit of 100 EUR is required for the reservation.
With deposit payment you accept the house rules.
For stays shorter than 4 days costs increase by 30 %.
