Description

The apartment consists of two triple rooms and a kitchen, all connected with a shared hallway, used by two more rooms. It is located on the ground floor. Each room has its own bathroom.

The first room's surface area is 19 m2 + 8 m2 balcony. From the balcony you can see the gardens in front of the house. The second room's surface area is 19 m2 + bathroom (9 m2). It looks out on the common terrace situated in the house lobby. The kitchen's surface area is 20 m2.

The apartment is comfortable for 4-6 people. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wireless Internet.

Prices are in EUR per room and per day.
The price includes: air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, cleaning, wireless Internet and parking place in front of the house.
The price includes tourist tax.
A deposit of 200 EUR is required for the reservation.
With deposit payment you accept the house rules.
For stays shorter than 4 days costs increase by 30 %.
