The apartment consists of two double rooms and separate room with kitchen. It is located in the first floor. Each room has its own bathroom.

The first room's surface area is 19 m2 + balcony 7 m2. From the balcony you can see the gardens in front of the house. Second room with kitchen has 21 m2 + balcony 10 m2. The room faces the east.

The apartment is comfortably furnished for 2-4 people. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wireless Internet.

The price includes tourist tax.
A deposit of 100 EUR is required for the reservation.
With deposit payment you accept the house rules.
For stays shorter than 4 days costs increase by 30 %.
